PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All orders are trackable. To ensure that your order arrives safely and in the right hands, all packages require a signature confirmation upon destination arrival. For the sake of customer protection, there are no exceptions to this rule. In addition, all shipped orders become the responsibility of your local postal service.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGE
Once packages are collected and shipped, they become the property of the postal service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
