Due to the fact that all HIDDEN GEMS items are individually hand-crafted they require special wash care.
We strongly recommend hand-washing with cold water using very mild soap. Never machine wash. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not tumble dry.

 

PROMO CODES

We may offer promotional discount codes at times. Enter code at checkout. Please check expiry dates on all promotions.
At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes.
HIDDEN GEMS promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout.
Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honour the promotion on future orders. Additionally, current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.

TRACKING ORDERS

You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number once your order is complete and shipped out. You can enter the tracking number on the postal carriers website for more up-to-date details.

Please note it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking number appears valid on the postal carriers website.
